View our services >Originally established in Kirkcaldy, Scotland. Plas-Tech Injection Moulding was taken over in 2014 by Plas-Tech Thermoforming, under the Poly Plastics Group ownership. Retaining its original name and ethos, Plas-Tech Injection Moulding is dedicated to being your one-stop shop for injection moulded plastic components, supported with full in-house tooling capabilities and a modern moulding facility. After establishing the business in Brandesburton, East Yorkshire, a large investment program was undertaken from 2017-2020 to put Plas-Tech Injection Moulding in front of its competitors. This included a new 5000sq ft factory building, a new fleet of injection moulding machines in 30-320T press sizes, new CAD/CAM tooling centres, and increased tool room staff and equipment.

Our on-site tool room, which adjoins our production factory, is fully equipped with the latest CAD CAM machinery. With 2 Hurco VMX30i machining centres, spark eroders & Wire EDM machines. Our time served tool makers have a wealth of knowledge in tool design and manufacture. As well as making all our new tooling in-house, for both injection moulding and vacuum forming, we also do all appropriate tool maintenance and repairs to ensure your parts keep producing consistent quality parts.

With a 24-hour facility, full onsite prototype and production tool manufacturing, we are more than able to meet your needs. With moulding capabilities up to 2.5 x 3 x 1.3M, we can accommodate any of your requirements. With 6 x 5-axis CNC trimming machines, we know our products are always of the highest quality.
