Protomould Plastics are a sister company of Plas-Tech, after establishing the business in Brandesburton, East Yorkshire, a large investment program was undertaken across 2017-2018 to put Protomould in front of its competitors. With a brand-new factory and a full range of new plastic injection moulding machines being supported by our expert staff you can rely on Protomould Plastics to deliver the best possible products.

Plastic Component Manufacture

Component Manufacture is of course the moulding of the plastic components, a critical element to the whole process. Our investment program has enabled us to keep our facility up to date with modern machinery and processing efficiencies. Our new machines: 30-320T press sizes. Processing materials such as ABS, ASA, Nylon, Nylon GF, Sebs, TPU, Triton & many more all offer the best possible results for our clients.

Plastic Tooling Manufacture

Our up to date on site tool room which is joined to our main production factory is equipped with the specialist CAD CAM machinery. With 2 Hurco VMX30i machining centres, spark erroders & Wire EDM machines. Our expert tool makers have the upmost knowledge in tool design and manufacture to ensure our products are of the highest standards and that we constantly impress our clients.
