Plas-Tech Injection Moulding’s New Business Development Manager
Due to new, exciting opportunities arising, we have had multiple changes in the Team. Firstly, we would like to introduce Rob Aris, Protomould Plastics and P4 Product’s new, ‘New Business Development Manager’. Rob has been with the business for a couple of months now and is really getting settled in, whilst bringing new customers through the door for us. Rob has had over 30 years of experience in the Injection Moulding industry so is a key wealth of knowledge we welcome to have
We took 10 minutes to ask Rob how he was getting on and asked him to tell us a little more about himself, so you all get to know him.
What’s Rob’s experience?
Rob has 44 years of experience in the Toolmaking industry, alongside 37 years in injection mould toolmaking, making Rob highly knowledgeable within the industry. On top of this, within the injection moulding industry, Rob has 4 years of experience in Project Management and 7 years operating within Technical Sales.
What are your personal interests?
Aside from work, Rob’s interests include devoting time to family; including grandchildren, as well as spending time outside gardening and walking the dogs. Not forgetting, supporting and watching sports such as football, rugby, and cricket.
What do you hope to bring to the business?
“I am hoping to attract potential customers to help push forward the growth of Protomould Plastics and P4 Products. Protomould Plastics at present is not a well-known entity, so having the backing of a one-stop shop will be a huge attraction to customers within the UK”.
What attracted you to work for us?
“I have personally been involved with Plas-Tech for about 6 years, and know the direction and the dedication to any cause by the staff is second to none. The new management team of Mark Wilson and Tom Ketley, backed by Rajan Lakshmipathi, in my eyes is a fantastic platform for success”.
